All in the Family - Thank you

This card is one that I am making my class make next Monday. I'm sure they are really going to love me for this one. Lets hope they all remember to bring their Stamp a ma jig's with them. I used two of the in colours from Stampin up, including Lucky limeade and Wisteria Wonder. Included below is a list of other items I have used to create this little wonder. By the way, the original idea came from Lynn Putt of The Queens Scene. Awesome, awesome work.

Re Vamped Scrap Room Part One

It has been such a long time since I have posted anything on my blog. Although with good reason. I decided over the September school holidays, while I have two very strong boys home to help me, to relocate my Craft Room. Yes, thats' right. Re-locate. The situation was like this. Before we built the extension on our house, we all had a bedroom each. So we had a three bedroom house. After we added another few rooms and finished our house, we still all had our own rooms, but the Master bedroom was down the other end of the house with a built in robe and bathroom. So after we moved from one end of the house to the other, we left the spare room as a guest room. (Mind you, this has been this way for about twelve years now, not just recently). So now I am thinking that as we only get a few visitors that actually stay for a few days, the whole room was taken up by a fold out sofa bed and a spare television for the playstation. What a waste. So after many pros and cons, I decided that this Spring I would make the move. I will be posting photos of the changes as I finish parts and have them the way I want them.

After entering the room and closing the door, this is what you see behind  the door. I have some of my fav cards stuck on the notice board and below that is the ribbons, hung on a quilt hanger, that I always tend to grab when I am crafting. So that is the first section of the new craft room.
