Make another wish

I thought I would participate in a new sketch blog I found earlier this week. Its called Sketch Saturday. So here is the card I  made using the sketch below. The image is one of Tiddlyinks, which I am addicted to, as you have probably worked out, and the paper is from a little paper pad that I purchased soooo long ago (before SU days) which is I think a paper craft pack. I used my copics to colour the image and used the scallop border punch for the border. I think that is about it.

School time

This is the card I made for the Freshly Made Sketches number 101. I really seem to struggle with the clean style of card making. I always tend to think, it needs something else. But, with this card, I stuck true to the sketch, and I actually think it turned out okay. The image is another one from Tiddlyinks. As I didn't know which image to use for the back to school challenge, I decided that I would make 2 cards. This one, and the genius one.

Freshly Made Genius

This is the card I made for the 100th sketch from Freshly Made Sketches. I used the Digital stamp from Tiddlyinks (Genius), he is such a dorky looking fellow, but extremely lovable. The theme for this week over at tiddlyinks is school based, so I will be submitting this card over there as well.

I Wuf You

Here is the card I made for the Freshly Made Sketches # 99 this week. I used a new digital stamp from Tiddlyinks called Dog Days. I used the MDS to create the background paper, using the paws stamp from the stamp set Patterned Pets. I just re sized, cut and paste to fit the card size I wanted. As you can see, there is a small gap between the paws pattern. I thought that I may be able to use some ribbon here. I have left it off this card because the sketch didn't' have any ribbons or bows. Amazing sketch.

Best Friends

Here is the card I made for the challenge at Dynamic Duos this week. These colours are absolutely amazing together and definitely one of my favorite colour combinations of all time. I can't get over how great these colours are, and I have not used them before. The image is one from Tiddlyinks. Christy Croll is an incredible artist and her images are fantastic to colour with copics.

Birthday Wishes

I made this card for the Pals Paper Arts colour challenge this week. These are great colours together and I enjoy creating this little card. The image is from Tiddlyinks, coloured with Copic Markers and Stampin Up designer paper and happy birthday sentiment.

Monster Birthday

I made this card for the sketch challenge over at Freshly made sketches this week. I have used a digital stamp from Tiddlyinks, which I might add, is awesome and I have used my Copic Markers for the colouring. Great sketch.

Happy Birthday

Here is the card I made this morning in class for the above colour challenge from Dynamic Duos. I love it when you look at the colours and think, there is no way I am going to be able to create something from those colours, and wham, a card appears that is pretty cool, (I might add). Having the colours chosen for you is another real advantage. If you are like me, I tend to struggle with colours. These challenges take the guess work out for me.

Mojo Sketch #273

This is the card I have made for the Mojo Monday sketch number 273. I have used a digital image from Tiddlyinks that I have coloured with my Copics. I was going to say that this is the first card I have made without using any products from Stampin Up, but, I needed the ribbon and the pretty in pink for the scallop circle. Here is the link and the sketch that I used. The designer paper I have used is one from Jillbean Soup called Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup. Wow, what a mouthful that was.

Missing in Action (Again)

Oh dear. It seems that I have not been posting anything lately. For Months even. I am so sorry about that. But, it is okay now, I'm back and refreshed and ready to go. So for my first card after my little disappearance is a card using a digital stamp from Tiddlyinks. Check on my sidebar for a direct link. I made this card using the challenge from Stampin Royalty Sketch #156. It has been that long that I have nearly forgotten how to link everything. While I have been away, I have been practicing my colouring with my Copics, and I must say, I think I have improved a little bit.....  :)

Here is the sketch I used. So pop on over to the Stampin Royalty blog and have a look at all the Design Team cards. They are all made with Stampin Up products, all awesome, and you can get heaps of amazing ideas.

Tiddly Mojo

I made this card using another digital stamp from Tiddlyinks. I am in love with these images. I used the Mojo Sketch 251 for the layout of the card and some more of the Echo Park paper pack that I used on the Wryn Cowgirl card, and of course, still practising with my Copics.

Tiddlyinks Sketch Challenge

I made this card for the Tiddly inks Sketch challenge this week. I used the Wryn Howdy Cowgirl from Tiddly Inks. The direct link is on the right hand side of my blog if you want to have a look at all the amazing digi stamps. So, as I was using a digital image, I decided that I would use some of my old designer papers from Echo Park Co. The papers came from the 6 x 6 paper pack called Country Drive. I used my copics to colour in the image and the label punch was from Stampin Up. You know there had to be a stampin up item in there somewhere.

Tiddly Inks Challenge - Pink

This is the card I finished off today and will enter into the Tidily Inks Challenge 89 Pretty in Pink. I used the Wryn Digital Stamp. Fortunately I have had this imaged coloured in for a few months now, but just decided to use it in this challenge. The patterned paper comes from a small pack of papers that I had for years. Decided to use these up as well. I think they come from Echo Park or somewhere like that. They come in a 6 x 6 pad. I used my copies for the colouring.

Guess who won the above mentioned challenge. Me. I now have a gift certificate for $5.00 from Tiddly Inks. (Already spent) mind you.

First, a HUGE thank you to all who joined us for this challenge!!! WOW!  Let's pick this weeks winners of a $5 gift certificate to our favorite shop - Tiddly Inks!

Congratulations to....

Tiddly Inks Valentines Challenge

I just cant get enough of these digital stamps. They are so darn cute. I made this card using the sketch from I heart 2 stamp and it just so happens that Tiddly Inks challenge for this month is Valentines. Awesome, two challenges with one card, gotta love that.

Mojo Sketch 180

I made this little fellow from a digital image from Tiddlyink.com for the latest Mojo Monday Sketch. I used my copic markers for the colouring, Stampin Up Designer Papers and my Quickutz soccer ball die. I thought this little soccer ball fitted in well, considering it is a soccer themed card. All I need to do now, is find someone who plays soccer.

OOPS, I was meant to say I made this card for Sketch 184. Not 180.

Working Class Bot

Here is another card I have made using the sketch challenge from Inkspirations. It is the same as the Mono Clyde card sketch. I will enter this one in the Inkspiration Challenge, although I am not sure how many cards you are allowed to enter. The colours consist of Old Olive, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Real Red. The card is a 5 x 5 card size made from Whisper White. This little image came from tiddlyinks. I have been looking at this little fellow for quite some time now, and finally decided that I would add him to my collection of digital stamps.
