Mojo Sketch #273
This is the card I have made for the Mojo Monday sketch number 273. I have used a digital image from Tiddlyinks that I have coloured with my Copics. I was going to say that this is the first card I have made without using any products from Stampin Up, but, I needed the ribbon and the pretty in pink for the scallop circle. Here is the link and the sketch that I used. The designer paper I have used is one from Jillbean Soup called Southern Chicken Dumpling Soup. Wow, what a mouthful that was.

Mojo Sketch 180
I made this little fellow from a digital image from Tiddlyink.com for the latest Mojo Monday Sketch. I used my copic markers for the colouring, Stampin Up Designer Papers and my Quickutz soccer ball die. I thought this little soccer ball fitted in well, considering it is a soccer themed card. All I need to do now, is find someone who plays soccer.
OOPS, I was meant to say I made this card for Sketch 184. Not 180.

Back to Mojo 180
Here is the latest sketch from Mojo Monday. Actually I think there will be another one tomorrow. Time difference is really annoying. lol I am going to post my card when I am finished. Firstly I have to work out whether my large format printer will print on water colour paper, and whether the ink is actually waterproof. I am hoping that the salesman was not just being a salesman....... It would be totally awesome if works.

Mojo Monday Sketch
Here is the latest Mojo Monday Sketch. Week 173. I really like the card that Mary Fish has made using this sketch. I will have to case that one.
http://www.mojomonday.blogspot.com/ is where you can find sketches.
http://www.stampinpretty.com/ is Mary's blog.
I like the idea of elements down the side of the card as well.

Mojo Monday Sketch
I think this sketch will soon become one of my favorites. I can see many cards with this sketch in mind. There may even be a scrapbook page or two.

Challenges, Challenges everywhere
The first Challenge I found was from The Colour Throwdown using the Stampin Up colours pictured left. Really awesome colours. This is Challenge number 118. So I think I am about 117 behind. OOps.
The Second Challenge comes from my beloved Mojo Monday sketch number 164. Where would I be without my mojo. Loved using this sketch. I think it will be one that I use quite often.
Last but not least. Here is my finished product. Yet another Christmas card out of the way for 2010. I used a 5'”x5” white card. All cardstock and Designer papers are from Stampin up. The image in the middle of the card is another one from Bugaboo stamps. Awesome.

Mojo 160
Here is my submission for Mojo Monday sketch number 160. I made a few tiny alterations to the sketch, but all in all it is pretty much the same. I have used another digital stamp from Dustin Pike and again coloured with RGB’s to match the Stampin Up cardstock.
Concord Crush, Pear Pizzazz and Whisper White.

New Mojo Sketch
Here is the latest Mojo Sketch for this week. Sorry I have been a little bit slack getting the pictures on my blog.
I really like this layout, and I think I will be using it quite a lot. I am also going to try and create a 6 X 6 album page using this sketch. Gotta love versatility.
I will post my card when it is finished.

There is a mouse in the house
For this weeks class, I made some handouts with a mojo sketch and an example of a card I had previously made printed on it.
My class then had to reproduce the card, using the sketch supplied.
For homework, aah, I asked them to make two other cards using the same sketch. I will place a download link for the handout I made, in case you want to give it a go as well. When you download the sheet, you will find it blank. The first large square is to cut out a sketch and adhere it for a sketch reference. (I use mojo) and the second large square is to either place an example of a finished card for reference, or you could include another sketch if you want to. The smaller squares on the bottom of the sheet is for a 3/4” circle punch. I punched out the colours I used from the scrap card stock and stuck them on the sheet also. So now my class has: a sketch of the card, an example of the card and a colour combination which was used to make the final card. When the first sheet is finished, there are three different colour combinations that they can use, (whenever they make a card). Hope this all makes some sense. The download link is Click Here Have fun. Oops almost forgot, when you print the document above, either print as is for a normal size binder, or as I do, my desk is too messy for a large folder, so I print and change the settings to multiple pages, cut them in half and insert them into my little folder. Just another option. Oh yeah, and if you do download the document and try it out, please let me know how you went. Thanks

Mojo Sketch week 75

Here is my submission for the February 2009 Week 75 Mojo Sketch Challenge. I think I missed the deadline. Oh well, there really is no time limit. Just have fun. The photos here show the sketch on the left, the front of my card in the middle, and the inside of my card on the right. I really like this sketch and I think I will be using it a lot more. I also used one of my Penny Black stamps. Naturally, all paper is from Stampin Up. Thanks for looking.

Mojo Sketch 148 More Fishy Birthdays
Here is my submission for Mojo Mondays Number 148 Sketch. I love doing these sketches, they make card making a little easier when you have a layout.
I used the Fish stamp again. Love it. Never going to sell it. I used some glitter on some of the scales, to give the fish a bit of bling. A little bit like the Rainbow fish.
I used some old designer paper as well.
I will be making a tutorial for the fish cards I have on my blog. So watch out......

Mojo Monday Sketch 147
Finally after years of following Mojo Monday s' sketches, I have finally made a card. I have used some of the discontinued patterned paper and alas, discontinued stamps. Although, I really don't think that any of the supplies I have are really discontinued. If you want to have a go at this sketch, check out the Mojo site. It really is a fun way of making a card.
