At Stampin Royalty this week we have a little challenge the uses scraps. I have a tendency to use my scraps and turn them into backgrounds like this card here. The blocked background is made from using scrap paper that I have kept. The stamp set is called Stippled Rose, and although retired a few years ago, it is one of my all time favourites.
